This costume is my summer creation for my daughter who will be a vendor at SenshiCon 2012. The heavy brown taffeta comprises the foundation of the coat and skirt, trimmed out in Grandmother's lace. The lace stockings are offset against the olive and brocade lining. The jewelry is of antiqued metal added as embellishment on the double breasted coat.

I would actually wear the jacket if the lace on it was different... But overall it's beautiful, I totally love it!

I regret not getting a picture with your daughter while she wore this dress at Senshi-Con. It is one of the better dresses I've seen in a WHILE. Your sense of style is amazing. You deserve a DD. =)

Ooh, I've never heard of SenshiCon, but the name perks my interest (even though I realize it simply means soldier or warrior, the Sailor Moon fan in me has gone on alert). Do they have a website?

Senshi-Con does have a website! I can message you the link if you are interested. I am one of the Senshi-Con staff members. =)
